Mary Hames, PhD, EMBA
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Hames is a geneticist by training, holding a BS and MS in Chemistry, an interdisciplinary PhD in Biochemistry, Genetics, and Chemical Engineering and an Executive MBA.  Her dissertation was focused on metabolic engineering of bacteria to produce specifically labeled small molecules.  Since her PhD, Mary has spent the bulk of her career working in rare neurology and oncology in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and biospecimen companies.   

Dr. Hames has been a founding member of small teams that achieved ambitious goals, successfully bringing four products to market with lean resources. She has also led U.S. medical teams as a cross-functional matrix leader, gaining significant C-level strategy experience in both pre- and post-commercialization phases. In 2024, Mary founded a consulting firm dedicated to helping biotech and pharmaceutical companies prepare for commercialization in a more agile and lower-risk manner.

Tobin Chettiath, PharmD, MBA
VP, Medical Affairs

During the past 20+ years, Dr. Tobin Chettiath has gained progressive Global & US Medical Affairs leadership, strategy and management experience within the rare and ultra-rare disease pharma, biotech, and medical device industries driving the strategic development, education, and launch of first-in-class therapeutics across multiple indications within neurology, immunology, hematology, metabolic genetics, and autoimmune disorders.  From large established organizations to fast-paced startup-like environments, Tobin has built Medical Affairs teams, capabilities and partnered with Clinical and Commercial cross-functional leaders in developing and executing key strategies for launch, in-line and pipeline products.   

Tobin received a BS degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, his PharmD degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and an MBA from The George Washington University.

Sr. Director, Operations
With over 15 years of diverse experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech, and diagnostics, Renna has a proven track record in operational leadership and project management, consistently delivering high-quality, customized solutions for patients and customers. She has successfully led initiatives within large academic institutions and is equally adept at providing structure and stability in start-up environments. Renna’s expertise spans clinical research and clinical affairs in the oncology setting, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, strategic planning, and leading global, diverse teams. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Healthcare and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brian Eisinger
Medical Science Liaison

Brian brings over a decade of expertise in neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disease research, with a strong focus on advancing drug discovery and development within medical affairs. He has consistently addressed critical unmet needs in neurology, applying strategic, evidence-based approaches to develop innovative therapies for complex neurological conditions. Brian has fostered key collaborations across the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, leveraging these partnerships to support accelerated therapeutic advancements in neurology. His expertise is supported by a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, establishing a solid foundation for a career dedicated to pioneering neurological research and impactful medical affairs initiatives in drug development.
