Mary C Hames, PhD, MBA | CEO

Mary has spent the bulk of her career working in rare neurology and oncology in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and biospecimen companies.  Mary has been the founding member of many small teams achieving ambitious goals.  Mary has led US medical teams in cross-functional matrix organizations, providing significant C-level strategy experience in pre and post-commercial space.  In 2024, Mary founded BioLogic, a firm focused on helping biotech and pharma companies prepare for commercialization in a nimble and lower-risk way. 
Mary holds a BS, and MS in Chemistry and PhD in BioChemical Genetics from the University of Alabama Huntsville and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State.    

Tobin Chettiath, PharmD, MBA | VP Medical Affairs

During the past 20+ years, Dr. Tobin Chettiath has gained progressive Global & US Medical Affairs leadership, strategy and management experience within the rare and ultra-rare disease pharma, biotech, and medical device industries driving the strategic development, education, and launch of first-in-class therapeutics across multiple indications within neurology, immunology, hematology, metabolic genetics, and autoimmune disorders.  From large established organizations to fast-paced startup-like environments, Tobin has built Medical Affairs teams, capabilities and partnered with Clinical and Commercial cross-functional leaders in developing and executing key strategies for launch, in-line and pipeline products.  

Tobin received a BS degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, his PharmD degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and an MBA from The George Washington University

Renna Frakes | Director of Operations

Over the past 15 years, Renna’s operational leadership and project management acumen has driven high quality, patient-centric successes across health care, pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic industries.  As Director of Clinical Affairs, she led a global team in biospecimen procurement to accelerate precision medicine programs.  Renna leads capital projects and other enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.  Thriving in start-up and rapid-growth environments, she strategically pulls from cross-functional experience in Operations, Training, IT, Marketing, Reporting & Analytics, and Telecommunications.  Renna received a BS degree in Business Administration – Health Care from the University of Alabama and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Richard C Postma, JD | Corporate Counsel

A US Navy veteran, Richard has spent 20 years in the information technology sector primarily as a defense contractor for various contract military organizations.  In these roles, he had a strong focus on data privacy and security, and built and programmed many systems to automate and simplify data in a secure and compliant way.  Now with his JD, Richard focuses on contracting, compliance, and data security work for BioLogic.  

Richard received his BS in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland University College and his JD from Birmingham School of Law.  Richard is licensed in both Michigan and Alabama.
