About – Tobin Chettiath

During the past 20+ years, Dr. Tobin Chettiath has gained progressive Global & US Medical Affairs leadership, strategy and management experience within the rare and ultra-rare disease pharma, biotech, and medical device industries driving the strategic development, education, and launch of first-in-class therapeutics across multiple indications within neurology, immunology, hematology, metabolic genetics, and autoimmune disorders.

From large established organizations to fast-paced startup-like environments, Tobin has built Medical Affairs teams, capabilities and partnered with Clinical and Commercial cross-functional leaders in developing and executing key strategies for launch, in-line and pipeline products.   

Tobin received a BS degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, his PharmD degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and an MBA from The George Washington University.
